Monday Mash-Up
On 1/5/23, Melinda Kennett went to trial for a violation of RSA 260:14. Melinda is an 18-year employee of the Town of North Umberland (Town Clerk/Tax Collector). She was accused of an unauthorized MV query because she looked up the registered owner of a vehicle reported to be parked in a restricted area at a local business.
The Department of Safety prosecuted the case (Trooper Brandon Girardi and Kevin Barone). On 1/9/23, Judge Janet Subers (Lancaster District, Docket #45126CR297) issued a ruling. The sentencing is scheduled for 1/26/23.
There is also a co-defendant, Courtney McLain, who is scheduled for trial on 3-2-23.
Allow me to tell you about Nancy HOGLE. Nancy is a former Assistant Town Clerk for the Town of Windham. Nancy was caught querying protected driver records to get addresses so she could mail out wedding invitations. RobbiLeaks believes she ended up pleading guilty with a negotiated disposition. The case was filed with the Salem District Court in October of 2020, The State Police case number is: G-20-02960
This is now THREE people who were charged with unlawful accessing of protected records, and yet Bob Quinn gets a pass. (See “Rules are for Thee, not for Me”)
Hypocrisy appears to be alive and well at DOS.
RobbiLeaks should add, a 91-A request was sent to Berlin PD on January 12, 2023, for an arrest report on Trooper Girardi. (see #receipt) Another tip to RobbiLeaks was that Girardi got popped for DWI. If that is true, and I suspect it is, did he disclose to defense that he is or should be on EES? Berlin PD has not responded to the request.
RobbiLeaks also came across an Editorial published in the January 4, 2023, edition of the Union Leader (See #receipt). The editorial was titled “Gov., AG Owe NH: Explain Quinn Matter.” The editorial states the Governor’s office acknowledged the matter was “looked into, and no further action was warranted.” That is better than the AG, who wouldn’t even confirm the matter and refused the 91-a request for records, citing the exception under 91-A:5, IV (See #receipt).
On January 21, 2023, another article was published in the Lawrence Eagle Tribune, “Last of 4 accused Salem police officers cleared in court.” The article was essentially a summary of “Colossal Collusion.”. In the article, Salem Town Manager, Chris Dillon, was quoted “Governor (Chris) Sununu created the Commission on Law Enforcement Accountability, Community and Transparency (LEACT) to address situations like some of those that were investigated.” LEACT was established by Executive Order on June 16, 2020. RobbiLeaks must apologize to Chris “TM Dumbass” Dillon. RobbiLeaks has been calling him an “incompetent, vindictive, thin-skinned narcissist”, it turns out TM Dumbass is a visionary, if you are to believe one word that comes from his mouth. TM Dumbass also called on the release of the attorney general’s investigative reports to “provide transparency and information the taxpayers deserve.” (See #receipt)
Wait, didn’t the AG cite RSA 91-A:5, IV when the request was made for the Quinn investigation?
Perhaps… just spit balling here, the AG should not have been the agency to investigate Commissioner Quinn. Perhaps if an outside, “neutral” entity had investigated the allegations against Commissioner Quinn, there would be no appearance of impropriety? RobbiLeakssubmits that anyone who is a “firm maybe” for a Presidential run, might want to clean some things up, before such an announcement is made. Just sayin, right now it appears there is too close a connection between the Governor’s office, the AG, Commissioner Quinn, and Jane “Scorched Earth” Young, as she is affectionately known as in the defense attorney community.
Stay Tuned.
